All of our products are made to order. That means once you place an order, we send it to our print partner (Gelato) to be created and shipped. Please double-check your details — including your size, shipping address, and product selection — before confirming your order. Once it’s in production, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency (where supported) and include tax where required. You’ll see the final total at checkout before you pay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options via Shopify’s secure checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship to most countries through Gelato’s global fulfillment network. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Times may vary based on location and order volume, especially during busy seasons. Once an order ships, we’ll send you tracking info if it’s available.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because everything we sell is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, and branding on this site belong to Punny Emporium unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse or reproduce our content without permission. We work hard on our puns — please don’t steal them.

6. User Behavior

Please use the site respectfully. Don’t attempt to hack, copy, or misuse the site in any way. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who abuses the site or breaks the law using it.
