Order Processing
Since all our products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and send your order to our print partner, Gelato. During busy times (like holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship worldwide using Gelato’s global network, which means your order will be printed and shipped from a location near you when possible. This helps keep delivery times and costs down.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and product type, but here are general estimates once your order ships:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Other countries: 7–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery can vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information if available. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch. We’ll coordinate with Gelato and the carriers to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
