Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. Everything at Punny Emporium is made to order, so while we don’t accept general returns, we will absolutely fix it if something goes wrong.

Custom-Made Products

Each item you order is printed just for you. Because of that, we don’t offer returns or refunds if you change your mind, pick the wrong size, or decide later that dad jokes aren’t your thing after all.

If There’s a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Just email support@punnyemporium.com with your order number, a quick note explaining the issue, and a photo if you can.

We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation and what works best for you.

Delivery Issues

If your item hasn’t arrived and it’s been longer than expected, get in touch. We’ll check in with our production partner and make sure you’re taken care of. Lost packages are rare, but we’ll help sort it out if it happens.

Returns

We don’t accept returns on items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Everything is printed when ordered, which means we can’t resell returned products. If you're unsure about sizing, please check the size guide before ordering or reach out to us first.

EU and UK Customers

Under local consumer laws, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. This doesn’t apply to custom-made products like ours, but you’re still fully covered if your item arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered.

Australian Customers

Our store complies with Australian Consumer Law. If something is defective, not as described, or doesn’t work as it should, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement. Just email us and we’ll help.
